Senior Digital Campaign Manager

This employer is looking for a Senior Digital Campaign Manager who shares their values, demonstrates the curiosity and drive required to thrive, and wants to learn & grow in a fast-moving environment.

About

You’ll be working with a diverse team of fun-loving, problem-solvers on some great clients, and across the full spectrum of marketing automation, digital media, search and analytics, design and content. Partner closely with their team of multi-award winning and world-class creative thinkers, collaborate with their technology teams and solve some fascinating problems with their client consulting team.


Responsibilities


  • Develop world-class digital media solutions that meet and ideally exceed clients' business objectives
  • Plan, implement and manage search campaigns, including on-going analysis and optimisation
  • Ensure accurate and timely post campaign analysis and reporting against pre-established KPIs
  • Support and work in partnership with all departments to ensure great client outcomes are achieved


Traits & Competencies


  • Minimum 3 years experience in social media strategy, campaign development and management.
  • Extensive experience with analysing social campaigns and delivering actionable insights, coupled with solid knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager as well as other key platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook’s People Based Attribution platform and attribution models, ideally supported by recent Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Be a great communicator who can influence both clients and team members to generate outstanding results.
  • The confidence to present concepts, case studies and results clearly to small and large audiences.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively as a team
  • Understand, scope and integrate complex technology and data into simple client solutions
  • Have a proven track record in delivering business outcomes from digital strategy development through the application, management and optimisation of advertising technology and digital media
  • Additional experience with Google Ads and programmatic platforms would be highly valued
